Job Description

As a Customer Support/Accounts Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing and strong financial controls across the New Zealand business. Your responsibilities will span supplier invoice processing, customer billing support, fleet and travel administration, and general business support. You’ll work closely with local collaborators and offshore finance teams, using systems such as Concur and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to support end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • ### Process and code supplier invoices accurately in Concur, ensuring correct general ledger allocation
  • ### Match invoices to approved purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • ### Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and Accounts Payable
  • ### Support customer billing and credit request follow-ups
  • ### Maintain accurate financial records for audit and compliance purposes
  • ### Assist with company fleet administration (registrations, WOFs, RUCs, FBT support)
  • ### Coordinate business travel bookings in line with company policy
  • ### Provide general administrative and customer support coverage as the need arises

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. You enjoy problem-solving, possess keen observational skills, and communicate expertly with a wide range of collaborators.

You’ll bring:

  • ### Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • ### Experience with invoice processing, PO matching, and general ledger coding
  • ### Beginner to intermediate experience with Concur, Excel, Outlook, and exposure to D365 or similar systems
  • ### Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ### Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
