Job Description
I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owning and managing the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.
- Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report, and monitor the delivery progress of the overall roadmap for the assigned region.
- Communicating regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life-cycle.
- Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects, as well as assisting in any capacity to streamline the delivery of projects.
- Leading kick-off and status meetings to communicate project objectives, deliverables, and expectations to the development and operation teams.
- Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by expected internal and external teams for assigned regions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery predictability, throughput, and quality.
- Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles.
- Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.
- Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.
- Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.
- Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.

- In his/her everyday work the Delivery Manager is subordinate to his/her superior or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart.
- Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company.

- High proficiency in English and excellent oral and written communication in English are a must.
- 2+ years of software project management experience.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with other Atlassian products is an advantage.
- Experience with change management policy implementation is a benefit.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker.

Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager – Release to join our Global Delivery team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and be responsible for deployment releases spanning various settings for multiple engineering teams.
- Define release schedules in collaboration with Scrum Masters, QA, R&D, and DevOps, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Communicate release plans and status updates to partners, including commercial teams, NOC, and Tech Ops.
- Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes.
- Own and lead the delivery roadmap for systems engineering and operations groups.
- Assist in planning incoming requests and projects to the systems engineering and operations team, streamlining delivery processes wherever possible.
- Lead kickoff and status meetings to communicate objectives, deliverables, and expectations to development and operations teams.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports that provide a comprehensive overview of ongoing and upcoming releases and projects for the Infrastructure and DevOps teams.
- See opportunities to improve release predictability, efficiency, and quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including ways of working, standards, and principles.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English, excellent oral and written communication in English is required
- 2+ years of experience in software delivery management, release management, or related roles.
- Consistent record of leading sophisticated release cycles across multiple environments and teams.
- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with Monday or Smartsheet is advantage.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and change management principles.
