Digital Games Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Games Coordinator to join our team and support the planning and launch of new online lottery games in North America. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Games to ensure flawless communication with our customers and the delivery of all vital materials to optimally launch and promote new games.

This role is remote to start, but will transition to a hybrid schedule once our office location is established.

What You'll Do

​

• Respond to and raise product-related inquiries via email.
• Lead weekly internal and customer-facing calls.
• Track and maintain the progress of every game release using our software for managing products.
• Review and distribute game-related materials to customers, including concept artwork, game names, descriptions, prize tables, promotional assets, and launch documentation.
• Support in planning sessions and offer product and marketing suggestions to customers.
• Participate in product brainstorming sessions within the game studio and with customers.
• Travel occasionally for major strategic meetings with customers.

What We're Looking For

​

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be accepted.
• 1 year of experience in iLottery, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills to balance multiple tasks across various projects.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure all game specifications and requirements are met.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with product management tools like Trello and Monday.com

Pay Range

​

$59,500 - $110,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
