Job Overview
Are you looking for a role where you can have an impact on Talent Development (TD) initiatives in 18 markets? Do you enjoy moving fluidly between systems, governance and program design? We are looking for a Digital Learning Lead to join the Pandora Talent Development team, a small but mighty group of humans dedicated to fostering engagement, enhancing performance, and providing comprehensive learning solutions to our global workforce.
As a Digital Learning Lead you will build and oversee our Learning Architecture and Digital Learning Solutions at Pandora. This will include, but will not be limited to, the implementation, administration, and governance of our Learning Management System (LMS) and the creation of engaging digital learning solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in LMS and learning technology, instructional design and digital content development, as well as superb stakeholder alignment skills.
Please note that this is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Management:
- Lead the rollout, implementation, and administration of the company's LMS.
- Ensure effective governance and maintenance of the LMS to support global learning initiatives across 17 countries.
Digital Learning Solutions:
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to produce high-quality digital learning assets and programs.
Learning Architecture:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning architecture for Pandora to align with business objectives.
- Evaluate usage and the effectiveness of digital learning programs and implement continuous improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Establish robust governance of learning tools to ensure optimal utilization and consistently high standards of content quality and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop relevant solutions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and quality of learning content.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and brands.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- 5-8 years of experience in digital learning management, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proven experience with LMS implementation, administration, and governance in a global, multi-entity and/or matrix organization.
- Strong technical skills in instructional design and digital content development.
- Experience creating digital learning programs, including educational videos and online courses.
- Experience with process design and improvement, and system implementation
- Excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience working in a global company is a plus.
Professional fluency in English is a must. Fluency in one or more of the following languages: German, Mandarin, or Turkish is a plus
