Job Description
The Digital Program Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing Nozomi Networks' digital customer success strategy. This role drives scalable customer engagement through AI-powered automation, lifecycle campaigns, digital content, customer education, and cross-functional program management. The individual will leverage Planhat and other platforms to improve adoption, retention, value realization, renewals, advocacy, and expansion opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will:
- Design and manage digital customer journeys across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, loyalty, and advocacy stages.
- Own the execution and optimization of digital touch programs using Planhat and related platforms.
- Build automated customer campaigns, success plays, lifecycle communications, and customer engagement workflows.
- Leverage AI tools to create personalized customer experiences, content, insights, and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate webinars, office hours, customer education programs, and digital events.
- Partner with Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to develop customer-facing content, campaigns, customer stories, and advocacy initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to support feature adoption and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics and deliver executive reporting.
- Identify customer health signals, adoption trends, churn risks, and expansion opportunities through digital programs.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer engagement through testing, analytics, and optimization
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Programs, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
- Experience with Planhat, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Experience building and executing automated customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS, Cybersecurity, OT/ICS Security, or B2B technology preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency preferred.
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $98,000.00 - $132,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
