Job Description
This role supports the Aristocrat Gaming business, where we are seeking a dynamic, inspirational and collaborative leader to lead our EMEA Gaming Finance team. This critical leadership role is responsible for achieving Aristocrat’s objectives by providing financial, analytical and decision support for the EMEA region, a key growth pillar for Aristocrat Gaming.
What You'll Do

The role is both strategic and operational where the key outcomes are to:
- Collaborate with the business to provide strategic and tactical support that guides and influences key decision makers in the achievement of business objectives.
- Perform financial modeling and analysis for potential new market opportunities and new strategic initiatives.
- Drive management reporting and data analysis that deliver key insights to business partners on financial and sales funnel performance.
- Manage the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning activities and rolling forecast processes; driving accountability for outcomes.
- Support develop and deliver the region’s pricing strategy; driving collaboration across the business and other responsible finance teams.
- Lead pricing and deal evaluation and commercial governance for the business; driving collaboration across the business and other responsible finance teams.
- Implement improvements to planning and reporting processes, leveraging relevant technologies.
- Provide enterprise leadership and drive cross collaboration to ensure operational and financial targets are achieved.
- Partner with the regional accounting team to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close process.
- Lead by example in building and maintaining a high-performance culture.
- Identify and drive profit improvement opportunities, including but not limited to marketing strategies, promotional programs, pricing models, product cost, and product launch strategies.
- Work with our Distributors to become a fundamental partner to the success of Aristocrat e.g. Pricing, Inventory, Collections.
- Lead oversight of the sales commissions plan; driving collaboration across the business and other responsible finance teams.
- Assist in competitive and market analysis to deliver actionable commercial recommendations.
- Internally the role must work collaboratively with other finance teams and across the business, including sales, pricing, product strategy, marketing, supply chain and D&D.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of finance experience across multiple finance areas (for example, supply chain, corporate, commercial, etc.).
- Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan).

- Ability to operate and excel within matrixed environment with competing priorities.
