Job Description

The Corporate Accounts Director will drive strategic growth and manage key corporate accounts in the gaming and hospitality sector, representing the company’s diverse portfolio of products and services. This individual will build long-term relationships with corporate leaders, support emerging market opportunities, and align internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. With a focus on strategy, innovation, and collaboration, the Corporate Accounts Director ensures the company remains a leader in gaming entertainment.

What You'll Do

Strategic Account Management

  • Display in-depth knowledge of company products and promote the full portfolio, including games and recurring revenue products, to corporate accounts.
  • Lead monthly recurring meetings with key accounts, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and develop strategic account plans with clear performance objectives and financial targets for 1-3 years.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, to define pricing and product strategies tailored to emerging gaming verticals.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to recommend and implement account management strategies, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate across corporate, regional, and commercial teams, including Directors, VPs, and SVPs, to develop and execute deal strategies.
  • Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal technical teams, and business analytics to enhance insights and decision-making.
  • Join team calls, quarterly account reviews, and on-site visits with BDEs to strengthen property-level and corporate relationships.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage conversations at all business levels, from executive leaders to technical managers, ensuring alignment and engagement.

Product and Market Expertise

  • Stay informed on product and technical strategies employed by competitors and complementary organizations, communicating insights back to the business.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to stay ahead of product roadmaps and launches, ensuring effective communication with corporate accounts.
  • Analyze data to optimize product performance, sharing key findings with the commercial team for continued improvement.

Operational Excellence

  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and revenue reports to drive transparency and decision-making.
  • Provide visibility to BDEs and other stakeholders on Master Licensing Agreements (MLAs), deal strategies, and corporate order status.
  • Ensure clear role delineation between ISRs, BDEs, and Directors to streamline communication and improve efficiency.
  • Quickly and effectively solve problems, leveraging internal tools and resources to build sustainable solutions and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in land-based gaming or a related B2B sales industry.
  • Proficiency in software programs such as Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive product and account performance.
  • Knowledge of client relationships, management strategies and emerging market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and internal meetings.

Pay Range

$195,807 - $363,642 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
