Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Director of Growth to lead and scale our customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role is responsible for owning the full growth funnel — from driving traffic and optimizing conversion, to increasing customer lifetime value. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across Performance Marketing, Adtech, Data Analytics, and ASO to identify opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the overall growth strategy, including customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify growth levers through Data Analysis, Adtech, Product Marketing, and experimentation.
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Design and implement high-impact growth experiments
  • Own performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, payback and conversion rates.
  • Oversee paid and organic acquisition channels, including all top UA channels, AppTweak, Appsflyer, ASO/ASA
  • Work with product teams to improve onboarding flows, reduce friction, and increase user engagement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, and manage relationships with in-house creative teams and Data Science
  • Report to executive leadership on key growth KPIs, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling growth in a startup or fast-moving environment.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, funnel optimization, and user behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Google Analytics, Excel etc
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and understanding of attribution
  • Creative thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Why Product Madness?

As part of the Aristocrat family, we share their mission of bringing joy to life through the power of play, with a world-class team who creates top-grossing, leading titles in the social casino genre, including Heart of Vegas, Lightning Link, Cashman Casino.

With 800 team members across the globe, Product Madness is headquartered in London, with offices in Barcelona, Gdańsk, Lviv, Montreal and a remote team spanning the USA, making us a truly global powerhouse.

We live by our People First principle. Regardless of where, when, or how they work, our team members have opportunities to elevate their careers, and grow alongside us. We take pride in fostering an inclusive culture, where our people are encouraged to be their very best, every day.

But don’t just take our word for it. In 2024, we made the Global Inspiring Workplace Awards list, and won a bronze award at the Stevies for Great Employers in the ‘Employer of the Year - Media and Entertainment’ category.

So, what’s stopping you?
