Join the Technology Group developing modern tech for gaming platforms, Game Development Kits, Tools, and Analytics Engine used globally in Casinos.
As Director of Quality Program Management, you'll be the architect and champion of quality across the entire product lifecycle as part of the Global Quality Land-Based organization. Collaborate with engineering, product, build, and operations teams to ensure excellence is standard. You will develop and implement a strategy to build effective and efficient processes for testing to deliver the highest quality player experiences for our electronic gaming machines.
Your objective is to establish and supervise scalable, data-driven quality initiatives that align with the company vision, encourage multi-functional collaboration, and enable innovation without compromise.
What You'll Do

- Be responsible for the Quality Strategy: Define and lead quality program vision, translating product goals into actionable quality roadmaps and important metrics.
- Drive multi-functional Planning: Partner with engineering, design, product, and operations to ensure quality is embedded in development processes from day one.
- Lead Program Execution: Oversee program achievements, deliverables, and success metrics across hardware, software, and AI systems.
- External Vendor Management: Own and supervise relationships with 3rd-party external test partners, managing to quality and budget targets for each game and the portfolio.
- Optimize Risk & Readiness: Build proactive risk management processes and quality gates that support scalable product launches with minimal surprises.
- Establish Governance & Metrics: Create and maintain dashboards that provide executive-level transparency into product health, issue trends, and quality impact.
- Elevate Teamwork: Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, leading stakeholder expectations and surfacing quality risks early.
- Mentor & Grow Teams: Develop and direct a team of quality program managers, setting a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading quality fields, and initiatives in software development, testing, and operations environments.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience, preferably with globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency in coordinating large, intricate, multi-release projects/programs.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry will be a plus.
- Experience building and leading quality and test processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders.
- Expert in multiple software delivery lifecycle processes i.e., Agile-Scrum, Agile-Kanban, Waterfall, Lean

Pay Range
$168,000 - $312,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
