Job Description

To foster our mission, we are in need of a Senior Director, Strategic Planning to join our Global Product Organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to advance corporate and divisional strategies, drive process improvements, and ensure critical initiatives are driven effectively. As a key member of the strategy team, this individual will lead a small, high-impact team passionate about turning insights into action, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the organization continues to evolve and adapt in a multifaceted marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead planning initiatives in alignment with corporate and divisional objectives.
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable results and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and effectiveness across functions.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Aristocrat Gaming, Interactive, and Product Madness to ensure alignment and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Leverage data and insights to advise on strategic priorities, find opportunities, and measure success.
  • Influence collaborators across functions through strong communication and collaboration.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team to enhance their impact and professional growth.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership capability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or product strategy within gaming, entertainment, technology, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving deliverables by driving initiatives forward, improving processes, and ensuring accountability.
  • Strong organizational agility with proven success navigating matrixed and dynamic environments.
  • Effective change leader who can adapt strategies to evolving business needs while influencing organizational direction.
  • Data and insights savvy, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly effective communicator able to engage and influence diverse audiences, from team members to executives.
  • Proficient collaborator and influencer, known for effectively working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing and developing small, high-performing teams.

Pay Range

$191,268 - $355,212 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
