The Director, P&C Business Partner role plays a key part in crafting our people strategy and fostering a culture that reflects our values—It’s All About the Player, Collective Brilliance, Good Business, Good Citizen, and Talent Unleashed. You will work closely with senior leaders to guide people-focused decisions at the highest levels. This ensures our growth and excellence goals are met through outstanding talent practices.

What You'll Do
- Lead the identification of P&C priorities across the region and develop strategic plans that reflect our values and overall goals.
- Partner with senior executives to interpret the people implications of emerging business opportunities, expansion strategies, and market shifts.
- Provide both strategic and operational P&C support to ensure the seamless delivery of talent initiatives, enabling Talent Unleashed across the organisation.
- Implement performance management guidelines that support accountability, excellence, and growth.
- Collaborate with our Centres of Excellence (COEs) to address sophisticated people challenges using shared expertise—championing Collective Brilliance.
- Support leaders through organisational change, ensuring decisions reflect both business needs and our dedication to Good Business.
- Develop insights from competitive environments, market trends, and labour data to advise forward-looking people strategies.
- Coordinate the annual remuneration review process to promote fairness, consistency, and clarity.
- Lead action planning and implement strategies based on insights from our global employee survey and DEI initiatives—reinforcing our value of being a Good Citizen.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a multinational organisation.
- Strong critical thinking and commercial insight, with the ability to persuade and establish trust with senior leaders.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Deep expertise in performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organisational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed, and vibrant environment.
- Experience with remuneration and benefits, including global mobility.
- A solid understanding of competitive labour dynamics and market trends.
- Demonstrated success using employee feedback and DEI insights to drive meaningful change.
- Ability to work in our central London office a minimum of 3 days a week
