What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of highly motivated engineers
- Develop and maintain core systems and innovative features
- Optimize code for high performance targets
- Build tools to enable developers to bring content to life
- Coordinate with external collaborators across engineering, production, build, art, and QA
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in software engineering
- 5+ years managing mobile game development teams
- Expertise in Unity, C#, and Google Cloud
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
