- Serve as a trusted liaison for the CCAMO with executives, global teams, agencies, partners, and other external customers.
- Support the broader Corporate Affairs and Marketing leadership team by stepping in as needed to maintain business rhythm and continuity.
Organizational Navigation & Relationship Building
- Build strong networks across the company and with external stakeholders, knowing who to engage and how to get things done effectively.
- Bring a personable, insightful, and professional approach to building positive, lasting relationships.
- Represent the CCAMO with warmth, credibility, and discretion in all interactions.
Marketing, Communications & Innovation Support
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and digital platforms to streamline workflows, draft communications, and boost efficiency.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, media engagements, and executive communications.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable; thrives while managing multiple shifting priorities.
- Outgoing, personable, and skilled at relationship-building across all levels of the organization.
