What We're Looking For

  • Experience in facilities, workplace, or office operations roles, ideally in a fast-paced or technology-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of building operations, workplace compliance, health & safety, and fire regulations.
  • Direct involvement in managing vendors and service providers.
  • Familiarity with workplace technology and facilities tools, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Awareness of sustainability and ESG practices, with an interest in supporting workplace wellness initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and service-focused.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

This is an opportunity to contribute to a world-class workplace environment and be part of a company that values innovation, excellence, and employee well-being. Join us and help build the future of our office in a role where your impact will be seen and felt every day!
