Job Description

Create innovative game concepts and lead game development from inception to release. Generate high accuracy and computational efficient program for simulations at the order of trillion cycles and perform theoretical proofs whereas applicable. Document game rules, pay profiles, and math summaries prior to formal submission. Participate in team concept brainstorming sessions. Provide guidance for engineering/art/QA teams on game math related joint efforts. The ideal candidate will: have experience in slot game design, be able to draw conclusions and drive game design decisions from analyses and be able to work effectively with teams across the organization.

  • Independently come up with new game concepts and convert them into game math without assistance
  • Full knowledge of the development process, the interdependencies, the stakeholders from concept to submission to regulators
  • Resolve and/or answer queries from the game development team with minimal support
  • Recognize trends within the global marketplace towards the development of next generation games
  • Review game software during development to verify gameplay and ensure that all game elements are of high quality
  • Create and maintain all documents and files required for game development and submission to external regulators
  • All other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, in a specific area or related field
  • Requires a minimum of two years of experience in game design and development
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Visual Studio
  • Sound understanding of mathematical concepts and tools in gaming
  • Ability to think innovatively
  • Thinks big and adapts to change in a creative environment
  • Self-driven, responsible and detail-oriented person who can multi-task and deliver high quality work on time
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with creative and technical disciplines

Pay Range

$97,405 - $180,895 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
