Job Description

Head of P&C Delivery leads a team of P&C Delivery Partners across Americas, ensuring the seamless and high-quality execution of core people programs and central initiatives. This role is accountable for translating global and regional P&C strategies into effective operational delivery, via the delivery team, and acting as a key integrator across Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and Shared Services (MyP&C).

What You'll Do

  • Lead the regional execution of cyclical P&C programs (e.g., talent reviews, succession planning, performance and reward cycles).
  • Ensure consistency in program delivery and alignment with global policies & processes while tailoring initiatives to local business needs and regulatory contexts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of P&C Delivery Partners to build delivery capability and regional expertise by setting performance expectations, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
  • Partner with P&C Business Partners to understand strategic business objectives and ensure delivery support aligns accordingly.
  • Serve as an issue point for complex delivery challenges and ensure proactive resolution of customer and partner concerns.
  • Gather insights and feedback from business units and delivery partners to continuously improve service design and delivery models
  • Ensure that delivery activities compliant across Americas and support the team in navigating nuanced people matters and applying sound judgment

What We're Looking For

  • 10-12 years experience in HR/P&C roles with a track record in program delivery, talent, and org design.
  • Experience in leading geographically distributed P&C teams.
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed environments.
  • Sound knowledge of regional labour considerations (preferred).
  • Data-driven and solutions-focused approach to people challenges.

Pay Range

$120,260 - $223,340 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
