Job Description
You'll play a key part in the commercialization process, ensuring smooth product delivery and release through close collaboration with Business Development Executives (BDEs) and regulatory jurisdictions.
As part of this role, you’ll work closely with Product Management, Sales Operations, Order Execution (COE), and the Product Commercialization Manager, giving you exposure across multiple functions and the chance to create a measurable impact in crafting successful product rollouts. You will be at the center of supporting product launches and release plans by handling data, systems, and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Maintains the daily Commercialization reporting required tasks – Runs nightly reports and quality checks on the Power BI reports every morning.
- Assists with the monthly release plan checklist as advised to validate that the various systems are ready and complete to ensure all activities and dependencies are ready for commercial release for the Americas Markets.
- Supports and delivers secondary market needs as advised by the Manager owning the product launch.
- Reviews the regression testing priorities and provides updates to the team.
- Collaborates with core team members to support the end-of-life phases of platforms, peripherals, and games.
- Fulfill the secondary market deliverables by collaborating with the Department and BDEs for Ohio VLT, North Carolina, Ontario, and Quebec.
- Perform product configuration ECO’s
- Supply the Mini Product Development Process (PDP) key content distribution
- Work to highlight risks and prioritize requirements.
- Drives data analysis of submission and approval targets.
- Supports the Senior Program Manager with Engineering Change Orders (ECO), approvals, game details, and technical support
What We're Looking For
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field, or its equivalent experience.
- 1 + year of SQL experience
- Strong analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in Microsoft Access, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to analyze diverse information.
- Desire to understand slot products and what makes successful slot games
- Capability to function autonomously and collaborate optimally within a team.
- Curiosity about slot products and the components contributing to successful slot games.
- Ability to align work with strategic goals.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be team oriented.

Pay Range
$52,000 - $96,573 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
