Job Description
The Lead Supply Chain Accountant role is responsible for achieving Aristocrat’s objectives and strategies for the Supply Chain organization by supporting the Controller Supply Chain with ensuring financial performance, operational and control standards are maintained.
This role involves delivering strong financial visibility in key areas such as production order variances, inventory management, cycle count reconciliation, and profit and loss statements for Supply Chain cost centers. It also plays a meaningful business partnering function, working closely with Supply Chain Directors and Managers across Aristocrat to support decision making.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the annual standard cost update for multiple D365 Entities & Sites
- Analysis of inventory revaluation impact
- Purchase price variance analysis & reporting
- Processing engineering change requests for standard costs related to NPI items & change items
- Closure of work orders
- Investigate work orders, purchase orders and inventory variances to settle root causes & provide corrective actions & supporting report analysis.
- Provision of reports and management information that enable analysis, recommendations and review of actions for business opportunities, projects and gap closure. Prepare reports by transforming data for Inwards freight, duty/tariff, work order variances & cycle count variances
- Assist auditors with information requests and address any process gaps.
- Month-end general ledger entries
- Concur invoice coding
- Support with budgets/LE’s for all P&L’s and balance sheet for Supply Chain functions
- Temporary Labor spend report / hours
- Assist Site team with requests
- Adhoc tasks
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years related work experience
- Bachelor, Diploma or Certificate or equivalent experience in Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Supply Chain and general operations knowledge
- MS Office, advanced excel
- Proficiency in D365 software and large databases

Pay Range
$82,861 - $153,886 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
