As a Lead Analyst - Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are managed exceptionally and delivered flawlessly. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work closely with global teams and collaborators, driving the development of innovative gaming experiences. What You'll Do
- Manage the delivery of features from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout the development process
- Track and report progress on projects, including achievements, risks/issues, and burndowns
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Coordinate and report on multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accuracy
- Provide estimates on new developments and track estimates versus actuals
- Recognize, convey, and monitor all project dependencies
- Manage collaborator expectations and promptly address urgent issues
- Communicate development progress and commercial timelines to teams
- Facilitate meetings with global teams and collaborators
- Interact with delivery managers, development teams, product managers, quality teams, compliance teams, and senior leadership
- Update project status using Project Web App for PowerBI/Fabric reports
- Maintain data accuracy in required systems and publish regular and ad-hoc reports
- Identify, communicate, and carry out continuous improvement activities
- Participate in developing effective PMO program/project tools for process standardization
- Ensure projects adhere to the established governance framework
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role
- Degree in software engineering, project management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Having a Scrum Master/Agile certification or PMP is advantageous but not required
- Extensive experience in full life cycle project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiations
- Experience within the gaming sector is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively within a group setting
- Capacity to communicate and negotiate with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to lead projects across multiple geographies successfully
- Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerBI, JIRA, and Clarity
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure on high-profile projects
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Agile Framework
