What You'll Do

​

• Develop and update artwork and animation for digital gaming projects.
• Focus on content implementation pipeline to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure asset management, file organization, and output configuration processes are completed accurately.
• Schedule and manage time efficiently, working with agile development leaders to plan and deliver projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets meeting all specifications with a keen focus on detail.
• Conduct peer reviews to check work for accuracy and quality.
• Document game requirements and specifications as per business needs.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to achieve the highest quality games.
• Follow management guidelines to manage and develop art assets that support business objectives.
• Innovate and bring ideas to improve overall testing processes in terms of tools and methods.

What We're Looking For

​

​

• Bachelor’s degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience in digital gaming as a technical artist.
• Strong experience in Adobe products, particularly After Effects and Photoshop.
• Solid knowledge of 2D graphics and animation principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages to automate artist tools, such as After Effects plug-ins.
• Experience using asset control systems (Perforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in the digital or social gaming industry is highly desirable.
• Remarkable attention to detail and dedication to technical and compliance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with global collaborators.
• Proactive in suggesting improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
