Job Description

This Logistics Driver position is in the Tulsa, OK, facility and will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor. This position will be responsible for effectively coordinating the logistics and transportation activities to/from the Tulsa Integration Center (TIC). Also support collaborating efforts, transportation of raw materials and/or finished goods, vendor selection & negotiation, and distribution of supplies as needed. You may be required to assist with the installation, removal, movement, and changes of games, servers, and equipment in all casinos or labs.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a fleet or rental vehicle to deliver and return gaming machines and accessory parts to and from customer sites.
  • Observe and adhere strictly to all DOT regulations, including Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to determine safe working conditions of the vehicle before each trip.
  • Monitor gauges and visual indicators for malfunctions, reporting any issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure the safety and security of customer products at all times.
  • Maintain essential documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Represent Aristocrat positively to our customers and collaborators.
  • Assist in the Inventory Department as needed.
  • Occasionally work overtime to meet business demands.
  • Demonstrate planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Troubleshoot, replace, and install parts on all VGT gaming machines according to gaming regulations.
  • Follow all ATI and Casino policies and procedures for equipment operations and repair.
  • Produce daily and weekly reports for time, mileage, and expenses, and make entries in ATI’s maintenance and time tracking programs such as ADP, Nauto, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
  • Follow all ATI policies and procedures as outlined in the ATI handbook.
  • Be willing to be trained as a Semi/class 5 box truck driver.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, with higher education being a plus.
  • Semi/box truck driving experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and push or pull a pallet jack with a minimum load of 100 lbs.
  • Physical activities including standing, lifting, twisting, turning, and climbing a ladder.
  • Adaptability to hot/cold indoor and outdoor environments and weather-related road conditions.
  • An approach that promotes a smoke-free environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first orientation (both internal and external).
  • A great teammate with the ability to think independently.
  • Ability to set a positive example for warehouse workers and fleet drivers.

Pay Range

$16.17 - $30.03 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
