What You'll Do

• Lead the development effort while coordinating with various collaborators like Project Manager, Creative Leads, Engineering, and Test Leads across India and US.
• Set up development and quality processes, regularly monitoring and improving timeliness, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.
• Participate in planning activities, identifying dependencies, and following up to their resolution.
• Identify and raise risks in a timely manner and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
• Ensure timely deliveries with agreed quality of all tasks undertaken by the team.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members through regular communication and performance evaluations to uphold a high-performance, upbeat team.
• Identify training needs of the team and implement training plans to improve skill levels.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Work with Senior Management to accomplish business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12+ years of experience overall with core experience in C++; at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in the full software/project life cycle, including specifications, requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Experience with Git/SVN/Perforce or other configuration management systems.
• Good experience in build automation, CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Proficient with code quality and code coverage tools.
• Experienced with JIRA or other defect tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
