What You'll Do

  • Manage and lead a distributed group of supply chain planning and procurement analysts.
  • Coordinate analytic aspects of the monthly S&OP cycle and reporting of critical metrics to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support data management requirements for planning and procurement processes to achieve efficient outcomes.
  • Build and sustain efficient, standardized reporting for important metrics, exceptions, trends, and forecasts.
  • Implement predictive modeling to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Provide project and technical insights for planning and procurement teams to drive central initiatives.
  • Define, set, and strictly manage processes, respond to issues, and set strategies for effective analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional analytic solutions within the supply chain to achieve world-class performance.
  • Support analyst tasks including analyzing, designing, coding, and reporting to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Build a high-performing culture by hiring, retaining, and developing top-quality talent.
  • Manage and track projects by setting clear expectations for timelines and quality.
  • Interact with various collaborators across the business, attend meetings, and present ideas, solutions, and project status updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or its equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in planning and analytics, ideally with a focus on supply chain or a related area.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in directing or managing a group.
  • Proven ability to meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
  • Experience managing and working together across different time zones, especially with groups in the US, Australia, and India.
  • Ability to manage expectations, communicate, and provide direction to in-country teams, aligning with business priorities.
  • Experience in establishing cooperative workflows that provide high-quality business analytics and reporting to international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • SQL or other relational database experience is required; experience with R or Python for predictive modeling or machine learning is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience guiding and mentoring team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and present solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • High level of personal and professional accountability.
  • Ability to enlist the cooperation of peer groups involved in common business goals and objectives.
