What You'll Do

  • Deploy HSE strategy to transform culture, minimize risk, and improve overall HSE performance.
  • Lead and manage incident investigations, including causal analysis and corrective actions.
  • Implement and evolve site HSE plans in alignment with our HSE maturity model.
  • Ensure delivery and attendance of HSE training programs.
  • Project manage environmental compliance for site-specific requirements.
  • Support business continuity, crisis management, and emergency response planning.
  • Coordinate risk assessments and job hazard analysis (JHA) activities.
  • Coordinate the Vehicle Risk Reduction program across applicable business units.
  • Ensure HSE inspections and internal audit programs are completed effectively.
  • Monitor and communicate HSE performance metrics to essential collaborators.
  • Build and implement new HSE programs and methods to improve our HSE management system and culture.
  • Support execution of the Environmental Health and Safety strategy in line with ISO 45001 standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an HSE specialist handling responsibilities across multiple sites.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or field service HSE environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the risk management process and HSE practical application.
  • Passion for advancing HSE professional standards and continuous improvement.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Science, Engineering, or HSE preferred.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) desired.
  • Strong safety system knowledge and demonstrated experience in auditing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functional areas and business levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and requirements.

Pay Range

$105,548 - $196,019 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
