What You'll Do

​

• Perform paint spraying on various industrial products using accurate techniques and tools.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate paint application.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and your team.
• Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to meet daily and weekly output targets.
• Inspect finished products to ensure flawless quality.
• Record and report production data to help streamline processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of painting equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

​

• Familiarity with painting processes; previous industrial or production painting experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Fundamental understanding of safety regulations and guidelines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

Environmental Demands

​

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, the ability to distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus.

• The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds.
• Employees must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes, where applicable.
• Must be able to comfortably maneuver around an office or production environment
• Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions, indoors and outdoors
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate office data processing equipment/devices, computer systems, and operate material handling tools and equipment. Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift.

Pay Range

​

$17.00 - $31.58 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
