What You'll Do
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve marketing assets
- Implement data-driven creative approaches
- Collaborate with artists, developers, product managers, and marketing managers
- Deliver high-quality marketing art across platforms like Facebook, iOS, Amazon, and Android
- Prioritize multiple priorities for time-sensitive projects
- Contribute to visual campaigns and solve problems by applying great build principles
- Participate in daily feedback sessions and weekly Show 'n' Tells
- Work closely with the GameOps team to understand tasks
- Champion the app's branding
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of graphic build experience
- Proven track record in marketing build
- Expertise in building with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of build hierarchy and principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing data
- Familiarity with social media and app platform requirements
- Passion for delivering flawless and engaging visual content
- Ambitious approach with a drive for excellence
