Job Description
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of .NET developers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure following best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a lead developer or similar role, with extensive experience in .NET development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Framework, C, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, RESTful Services, and Agile Methodology.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Microservices Architecture: Designing and implementing microservices for scalable and maintainable applications.
- Docker and Kubernetes: Containerization and orchestration tools for deploying applications in a consistent environment.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate the software delivery process
