NOC Shift Leader

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a highly motivated NOC Shift Leader to oversee operations during assigned shifts. In this role, you will ensure smooth workflow, manage incidents, and provide leadership to the team while maintaining high service availability and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

​

• Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring alignment with procedures and efficient workflow.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to maintain performance and availability.
• Be the primary point of contact for the shift, handling user problems and coordinating with support teams at different levels (internally and externally).
• Handle incident management end-to-end: detection, analysis, notification, resolution, and documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow shift leaders and management to maintain seamless 24/7 operations.
• Maintain and improve the NOC knowledge base and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training, coaching, and professional development support for NOC engineers.
• Ensure NOC tools and technologies are properly maintained and updated.

What We’re Looking For

​

• Experience in a NOC environment with proven shift management or leadership skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools (advantage).
• Knowledge of SQL or scripting is a plus.
