Paralegal - Content & Aggregation

Job Description
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and summarizing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory submissions.
- Conduct legal research on legislation, regulations, and industry standards related to online gaming.
- Maintain organized records of legal documentation and correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, compliance, and product development, to provide legal insights and support.
- Prepare and manage responses to legal inquiries and assist with any litigation matters.
- Participate in the review of promotional materials and gaming content for compliance with applicable laws.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
- A minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of gaming laws, privacy regulations, and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present legal concepts to non-legal personnel.
