We are on the lookout for an “Pricing and Promotions Manager, Dmarts” to join the Pandora Commercial Dmart team in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Be part of the team that shapes Pandora’s Pricing and Promotions strategy across 5 markets worldwide. In the team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and local leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.
What are you going to do:
- Lead the development of pricing and promotion strategies aimed at improving performance, supported by in-depth impact analyses and actionable recommendations
- Define success metrics, set ambitious targets for a campaign and conduct performance reviews and establish tracking systems to ensure transparency, consistency, and cross-country across different markets
- Analyze and optimize funding contributions, identifying improvement areas and designing strategic action plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Leverage customer insights to design customer-centric and affordability-driven promotion strategies that support Dmart growth and profitability
- Actively contribute to regional growth projects, identifying growth opportunities and aligning recommendations with overall business objectives
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and project leadership skills in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
- Provide senior management with insights, reports, and recommendations to enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Consolidate and share best practices from different markets to improve overall business performance.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven decision-making, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
--------------
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in an e-commerce, retail or consulting/global market research company
- ​​You have deep critical-thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
- You know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use
- Excellent English Communication skills, both written and spoken
- SQL / BigQuery / Looker
- Advanced Excel / Google suite
