Product Designer - 6 months FTC

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product designer for a six-month contract to help craft industry-leading experiences for our users. The right candidate will love getting deeply involved at every stage of the design process—from research and discovery to execution and iteration—creating high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while validating design decisions with real users early and often. You will help develop the team and evolve product design best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Have proven expertise in multiple areas of product design.
• Be a superior communicator with exceptional presentation skills. You can transfer ideas to a diverse audience, from senior management to product owners and engineers, and constructively integrate feedback.
• Define user flows, low and high-fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to drive design solutions and user experience design
• Champion user-centred design principles within the organisation, leverage data from user tests, analytics, and A/B tests to drive the design process and create experiences that meet user needs while simultaneously addressing business goals.
• Be a diplomat for the Product Design team and help raise the maturity of UX in the organisation.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial stakeholders and Product owners to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and users’ needs, leading to improved collaboration and better decision-making.

Requirements

• Online Casino & Sports betting knowledge is a must
• 3+ years of industry experience designing digital products.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating Product Design skills with meaningful, measurable outcomes.
• Experienced in leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire design decisions and solutions.
• Highly skilled with design tools such as Figma and Lucid.
• Ability to plan, moderate, and execute a variety of goal-oriented workshops with the team, product owners and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
