Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our AREA team where you will collaborate with your leader in leading the discovery, design and development, and continuous improvement of our unique B2B AREA Suite of apps. As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external development partners to ensure seamless project execution. Your ability to run discovery sessions, lead feature development, and manage rollout and training will be crucial in delivering high-quality digital experiences for users.
What You'll Do
- Writing features and requirement documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy
- Conduct market research, analyze user trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, commercial, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target users, their needs, and behaviors, and leverage insights to drive product decisions.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and leadership to create intuitive and engaging mobile app interfaces and user experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of our mobile apps through iterative development, A/B testing, and user feedback loops
- Partner with internal and external dev teams and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure that the items in the backlog are relevant to their features, or that their features are dependent on, tracked, sized and prioritized accurately
- Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app development and product management.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Develop training materials and provide support to end-users to maximize product adoption
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product management and/or various marketing platforms
- Content Management System (CMS) and technical product management experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS and Android) and familiarity with mobile app development tools and technologies.
- Passion for mobile technology and user-centered design, with a strong customer focus and empathy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Pay Range
$107,866 - $200,323 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
