As a key member of our product team, you'll:

​

• Shape the vision for new features and improvements that enhance user experience and drive business growth
• Guide your development team with care and clarity throughout the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and beyond
• Write thoughtful, high-level business requirements that reflect both customer needs and business priorities
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and help the team stay aligned, focused, and motivated
• Collaborate across departments including UX/UI design, development, analytics, CRM, payments, and customer support
• Use data and user feedback to improve conversion rates and product performance
• Stay connected to our users by analyzing behavior and anticipating needs across both mobile and web experiences
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, celebrate wins, and communicate risks with transparency and trust
• Research new trends and innovations in the international Sportsbook and gaming space
• Nurture a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, and shared success
• Empathetic and user-focused, with a passion for building experiences that delight and deliver value
• Comfortable leading in a supportive, inclusive way, and excited to mentor others when possible
• Organized, curious, and adaptable—able to balance priorities and work through change with grace

What We're Looking For

​

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Product Management, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in online Sportsbook or gaming
• Familiarity with areas like Risk Management, Sports UX, Retail Sports Betting, or Feed Integration
• Confidence using tools like JIRA, TFS, or similar for product and sprint planning
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• An understanding of UX best practices and how design supports great customer journeys
• Experience working closely with software delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and an ability to bring people together around shared goals
