About the Role
Join Aristocrat as a Product Systems Analyst and become part of a dedicated team crafting the future of the iGaming industry. Our Product & Operation group leads in delivering world-class gaming experiences. We seek your analytical skills to help us grow and maintain flawless performance. This role plays a key part in connecting product strategy with technical delivery. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our platform meets strict compliance and performance standards.
Our platform collects games for the iGaming industry, including Engagement Tools, Back Office Systems, Core Business Logic, and various third-party integrations. As a Product Systems Analyst, you will help define the logical architecture, data flow, and integration framework that support these experiences in regulated markets. This role suits someone skilled in abstract thinking, systems modeling, and turning product ideas into organized, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to break down requirements into actionable system specifications.
- Define and detail high-level system design and interactions across client applications, services, and integrations.
- Build and maintain logical component models, module interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams (DFDs).
- Build and manage logical data models (ER diagrams) and data dictionaries for entity and relationship descriptions.
- Define UI screen flows and navigation logic, including optional mockups or wireframes.
- Invent and document security layers, including authentication and authorization flows.
- Lead logical integration build for internal modules and external systems, detailing APIs and data contracts.
- Maintain a traceability matrix between business requirements, system behavior, and functional specifications.
- Lead grooming and system analysis sessions with development teams to ensure architectural alignment.
- Evaluate system impact for feature improvements or third-party integrations, detailing interdependencies.
- Support QA teams and UAT processes by clarifying system behavior and data expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
- 3+ years of experience in system analysis, solution development, or technical business analysis within complex software environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced system architecture, logical components/modules, DFDs, process/UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and data dictionaries.
- Strong grasp of microservices, client-server systems, distributed architectures, and API-based platforms.
- Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Preferred: Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other real-time, high-availability environments.
- Understanding of DevOps pipelines and deployment models.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and development guided by rules and regulations.
