Job Description

We are looking to appoint an inspirational & innovative leader as Production Manager at our Australian Integration Centre. Working collaboratively across the Aristocrat organisation, you will drive manufacturing and repairs excellence and contribute to the global success of the organisation.

As the Production Manager, you will lead and manage the Production, Conversions, Sub-Assemblies and Repair Centre operations at the Australian Integration Centre, delivering up to 14,000 gaming machines, 40,000 game kits and 24,000 repaired parts per year for a wide range of global jurisdictions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Lead and manage the Production, Conversions, Sub-Assemblies and Repair Centre operations at the Australian Integration Centre with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, quality, productivity, inventory control and continuous improvement.
  • Successfully manage the new product introduction of multiple cabinets and parts across all relevant manufacturing areas, with a focus on time, quality and cost outcomes.
  • Manage labour and R&M budgets, ensuring efficient and controlled spending to achieve outcomes whilst also ensuring future success and the continued evolution of Manufacturing and Repairs operations.
  • Continue to establish and develop a positive workplace culture, with a focus on embedding values of trust, teamwork and accountability.
  • Create and establish strong relationships across departments both internally and externally, leveraging skills and synergies to further enhance the capabilities of both individuals and teams.
  • Execute Production KPIs to drive departmental performance and ensure achievement of both departmental and business-wide safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
  • Manage staff performance through means of regular audits and performance reviews to provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistent performance against site safety, quality and efficiency standards.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and optimisation of business systems, manufacturing processes, electronic repair centre processes and procedures.
  • Follow and adhere to all safety, compliance, and quality procedures and reporting requirements to ensure required standards of operation are met.
  • Understand and demonstrate Aristocrat’s values and behaviours and utilise the Power Plays program to reward good performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on our people and culture. This will include (but not be limited to) staff training and development, maintaining high levels of staff engagement, and diligent succession planning to ensure future sustained success.
  • Maintain and continue to evolve the area's internal controls to ensure ongoing ISO9001 certification as well as 6S and housekeeping.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent in either Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing, or Engineering disciplines.
  • 8 years minimum in a Supply Chain or Operations management position.
  • 5 years of minimum experience in a people management position.
