Job Description
This position is responsible for project management in international supply network operations and new product introductions to deliver quality solutions to Aristocrat’s business groups and customers. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D. This role will provide leadership from project inception thru post launch, engaging in all critical aspects of Worldwide Supply Chain and New Product Development.
What You'll Do

- Provide end-to-end project management leadership for projects of varying scale and high complexity that extend across multiple Global Supply Chain and Operations functional areas.
- Lead and influence diverse project teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and success.
- Build and manage project documents, RAID, WBS, and budget tracking from initiation through close.
- Provide accurate and consistent project reporting, including status, risk assessments, and issue tracking.
- Compose and maintain project plans with multiple functional managers to ensure appropriate team assignments and factor in operational resource impact considerations.
- Understand project dependencies to understand potential scenario impacts to interconnected project activities.
- Maintain relationships and communication channels to ensure cross-functional team effectiveness.
- Identifying risks and issues, defining appropriate mitigation action strategies, resolution approaches, and reporting.
- Analyze complex issues and facilitate team resolution to ensure a successful project launch.
- Organize and manage regular project meetings, create meeting minutes, status reports, and action plans.
- Conduct project closure process at the end of projects, which includes final budget reconciliation, summary of project accomplishments against success criteria, issues, and lessons learned.
- Some travel on short notice could be necessary, including international.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in both the tactical and relationship-building aspects related to managing projects. Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, and engage in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in written and spoken communication skills, including report writing and presentations. Must have strong analytical, risk identification, and problem-solving abilities. Strong group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills are crucial. Capacity to communicate and negotiate with all levels of staff and executive management. Lead multiple and potentially dissimilar project activities.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, preferably in project management, engineering, logistics, production, or manufacturing; an advanced degree is a plus.
- proven experience and track record as a Project Manager.
- PMI or equivalent experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the full life cycle of projects, covering planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiations, is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the gaming industry, supply chain management, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
- Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Planview, or equivalent PPM application.

Pay Range
$103,857 - $192,878 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
