What You'll Do
- Own and strictly implement test plans for various features and systems.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Successfully lead bug triage sessions and determine quality risks.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and build teams.
- Report on quality metrics and keep collaborators promptly informed.
- Promote the use of standard processes for QA and offer support to junior team members to help them progress.
- Maintain and apply QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
- Use Charles Proxy to monitor network traffic and debug issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in manual testing within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and Charles Proxy.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A passion for gaming and a dedication to delivering high-quality products.
