What You'll Do

- Provide direct supervision of employees, including assembly personnel, production technicians, and manufacturing quality inspectors.
- Coordinate the OK+ cells to maintain outstanding service and quality standards for Oklahoma customers and NPI product review.
- Coordinate the Change Cell operations to manage any changes that result in an order after the MFG lines have completed it or in the cross-docking.
- Supervise the model shop to ensure that rework activities are driven effectively for items that cannot be processed on standard assembly lines.
- Supervise the decarting process, ensuring EGMs are unpacked and transitioned into appropriate packaging materials safely and accurately.
- Conduct process audits within the TIC facility to validate adherence to quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to EGM refurbishment, assembly, testing, and component repair as related to quality and change processes. Ensure EGMs are built and shipped on time, meeting both company and customer quality requirements.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives within the production and quality areas.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; provide performance feedback and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, quality trends, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality-related issues.
- Assist in the development of the department’s annual budget and manage resources effectively.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Sr. Director of TIC operations.
What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, with at least 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- 2+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment with a quality focus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds unassisted and frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, and hear during the shift.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, Quality, or business management.
- Familiarity with electronic circuits/components and troubleshooting (AC/DC circuits).
- Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and ESD-safe practices.
- Experience supervising quality inspectors or managing specialized production cells.

Pay Range
$63,100 - $117,187 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
