Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis (maternity cover). Based in the US (East Coast preferred), you will own and drive end-to-end hiring across Sales and Corporate functions across the globe, acting as a partner to hiring leaders.
This is more than delivery — you will shape hiring outcomes, elevate our processes, and directly influence how we scale and are perceived in the market. You will bring a technology-enabled approach to talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent efficiently and consistently.
In this role, you will:

- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles (req intake → offer), driving pace, quality, and accountability at every stage
- Act as a business partner to hiring managers, leading structured intake sessions, defining success profiles and hiring strategies
- Drive best-in-class hiring processes ensuring consistent, structured, and inclusive interview practices
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS as a core operating system whilst maintaining high data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy
- Optimise workflows, scorecards, and interview kits
- Build and execute proactive talent strategies
+ Develop strong pipelines across active and passive talent
+ Use market insights and competitor mapping to inform hiring approach
- Utilise AI and modern sourcing techniques to increase productivity and reach,
- Apply AI tools for sourcing & screening
- Experiment with automation and data insights to improve funnel efficiency
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience acting as a candidate ambassador from first touch to offer
- Manage multiple requisitions with discipline and structure
+ Prioritise effectively, build clear hiring plans, and drive momentum
- Contribute to the TA function through global projects (e.g. process improvement, employer branding, interview excellence)

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

- Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment within a high-growth, high-tech environment, preferably on a global basis.
- Strong track record hiring for Sales and Corporate roles
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is essential to limit ramp time, including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruitment (sourcing, screening, automation)
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, maintaining quality and pace
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Commercially aware, with strong judgement on candidate quality and market dynamics
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, with flexibility across time zones
- Experience in Cybersecurity (OT/IoT a plus, not essential)
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
