Job Description
We are seeking a SaaS Engineer Lead to join the Productivity & Collaboration Team within Aristocrat Labs. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced SaaS professional who operates with a high degree of autonomy and technical judgment.
The SaaS Lead Engineer is responsible for the architecture, administration, security, optimization, and evolution of enterprise Productivity and Collaboration SaaS platforms. This role serves as a trusted technical authority and does not include people management responsibilities
The SaaS Lead Engineer plays a meaningful role in handling and optimizing the organization’s SaaS ecosystem. This position encompasses sophisticated deployment, administration, security, optimization, and improvement of SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, and passionate about improving business efficiency through scalable technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical owner for Productivity and Collaboration SaaS platforms, including Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack
- Lead advanced configuration, administration, and optimization of SaaS environments, including workflows, automation, permissions, and integrations
- Own the architecture, administration, security, and ongoing evolution of enterprise Productivity and Collaboration SaaS platforms, including Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and data protection by means of proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Drive platform reliability and performance by leading troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Act as the technical owner for Atlassian and Slack platforms, driving platform reliability, scalability, and standards
- Optimize SaaS usage and costs through usage analysis, training, and elimination of redundant or underutilized subscriptions
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex platform issues and operational challenges
- Lead onboarding, rollout, and standardization of new SaaS tools, features, and configurations across the organization
- Partner with users and stakeholders to enable adoption, migrations, and continuous improvement of SaaS platforms
- Know the latest on SaaS and productivity platform standards and apply them to improve scalability and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS administration or a related IT role supporting Efficiency and Collaboration tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Proven experience with various SaaS applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Unity, and Slack).
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay Range
$99,173 - $184,179 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
