Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Safer Gambling Specialist.
What You'll Do
- Reviewing and monitoring customer’s accounts using the company's internal systems, in line with the responsible gaming guidelines
- Identifying high risk players by conducting analysis of customers’ behaviour and activity.
- Proactive outbound communication in the form of phone calls, emails and sms to ensure that the players are gambling responsibly.
- Handling of inbound customer communication via phone, chat and email.
- Knowing and promoting our Responsible Gaming tools.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of the ever-changing regulatory landscape
- Working closely with the AML department to assess the customer’s affordability.
What We're Looking For
- Experience and a passion in dealing with customers.
- Previous experience in RG & AML – added asset.
- Awesome verbal and written command of the English language.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
