Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Business Resilience plays a key role in strengthening Aristocrat’s ability to prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptive events. The role supports operations under Aristocrat’s Business Resilience Framework. It coordinates a program aimed at strengthening governance and resilience across the global enterprise, covering all business units and corporate functions. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Resilience.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly motivated individual who is able to manage multiple competing priorities, and a diverse set of stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting the refinement, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Resilience Framework, including policies, structures, processes, and guidance documents.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for business resilience enquiries and support.
  • Collaborating across disciplines such as emergency response, IT and product disaster recovery, and crisis management to maintain an integrated and coordinated program.
  • Contributing to business resilience reporting at the program, operational, and governance levels.
  • Administering the organisation’s Crisis Communications and Business Resilience platforms.
  • Supporting the development and upkeep of business impact analyses and business continuity plans.
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of crisis management, incident response, and resilience training programs.
  • Coordinating annual crisis management and business resilience testing activities, including tabletop exercises.
  • Monitoring and tracking recommendations from internal audits, after-action reviews, and lessons-learned activities.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the Board and Executive Steering Committee as required.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across crisis management and business resilience programs.
  • Collaborating with Group Risk & Audit to support the broader enterprise risk management framework.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Emergency Management, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in business continuity, operational resilience, risk management, or an equivalent field.
  • Knowledge of business continuity management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in project management and/or technology disaster recovery (highly advantageous).
  • Experience within gaming or technology organisations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate numerous collaborators and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.
  • High attention to detail and a consistent, high-quality work ethic.
  • Critical thinker who can challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and drive improvement.
  • Collaborative team member who contributes to a positive, inclusive environment.

Pay Range

$84,000 - $156,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
