As a Senior Analyst - Workday, you will have an important role in ensuring our Workday systems function seamlessly and efficiently, supporting various customers across the platform. What You'll Do:-
- Offer outstanding support in resolving Workday-related requests assigned to the HR Systems team.
- Offer outstanding aid for Core HCM and diverse functional realms, encompassing Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruitment, and Absence.
- Create, deploy, and uphold personalized reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to fulfill business needs.
- Complete bulk data uploads via EIBs across various processes.
- Coordinate and complete different types of testing, such as functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Help with completing functional UAT and SIT/integration and regression testing as needed.
- Train customers and develop communication packs, SOP & FAQs to facilitate the adoption and utilization of Workday.
- Keep current on trends and developments within the Workday domain by conducting ongoing research and following standard methodologies.
What We're Looking For:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Workday experience, preferably with expertise in two or more of the following areas: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Security, Recruitment, Benefits.
- Established proficiency in designing and deploying tailored reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Extensive background in coordinating and completing different types of testing.
- Capability to deliver training and craft communication content to bolster Workday utilization.
- Dedication to staying current with trends and guidelines in Workday.
