We are looking for our next Senior Business Analyst Subscription & Loyalty (f/m/d)!

An exciting opportunity awaits in the heart of Berlin for those who thrive at the intersection of business, marketing, product, and technology. We are seeking creative and analytical problem-solvers who are passionate about delivering impactful solutions, driving customer loyalty, and shaping the future of subscription-based businesses. Join our multicultural team in a dynamic, multidisciplinary role where innovation and collaboration are at the core of everything we do.

What's on your plate:

  • Perform complex analyses based on large volumes of data, and transform them into valuable and actionable insights to improve the business performance.
  • Proactively find areas for value proposition improvement backed up by data in core areas: pricing, promotion & product.
  • Provide management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations.
  • Help identify best practices and help share these across our European markets.
  • Support the roll-out of new product features across the region which are aimed at improving the overall subscription product and user experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Finance and Marketing both regional and local.

Your heroic skills:

  • You gained at least 3-5 years of professional experience gained in strategy consulting and/or an analyst role in a fast-paced tech company, interpreting large and complex amounts of data.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or another analytical-based major from a top university
  • Good knowledge of and experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, BigQuery, SQL, Looker, Google suite, Excel).
  • Good business acumen with a good understanding of commercial topics in the food delivery space.
  • Strong analytical skills and good at interpreting data, generating qualitative feedback and evaluating metrics to inform decision-making.
  • You are a team player and love to think outside the box.
  • You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges.
  • Highly curious and willing to question the status quo.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
