Job Description
We are seeking a transformative Senior Director, Source to Pay (S2P) to own the end-to-end S2P value chain—from category strategy and strategic sourcing through contracting, requisition to purchase order, goods/services receipt, invoice processing, and payment.
As the executive owner of the S2P operating model, you will define strategy, build processes, implement enabling technology, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes, while serving as a visible partner to senior executives.
In your first 12–18 months, you will establish a robust, standardized E2E S2P process and governance model covering sourcing and category management, contracting, vendor master onboarding, PO compliance, invoice processing, payments, employee expense reimbursement and Global Corp Card Management. You will implement or optimize S2P technology; and upskill and reorganize the team into a cohesive unit with clear accountabilities, service levels, and indicators. You will increase spend under management, improve speed and compliance (PO compliance, cycle times), reduce risk and leakage, and drive working capital benefits (e.g., DPO optimization).

End-to-End Process Ownership (Source → Contract → Procure → Pay)
- Map, standardize, and document end-to-end processes with robust controls and clear handoffs.
- Drive PO first purchasing, three-way match, and exception reduction; target best-in-class cycle times.
- Embed supplier risk/ESG checkpoints and auditability across the lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to global compliance requirements, including tax regulations (e.g., 1099/1042), internal controls, and SOX standards, while driving adoption of global tools and platforms.
Category Strategy & Sourcing Excellence
- Lead enterprise category strategies and sourcing pipelines across key spend areas.
- Deliver value via competitive negotiation frameworks and contracting playbooks with Legal.
- Measure realized benefits with Finance; increase spend under management and reduce leakage.
P2P & Accounts Payable Operations
- Implement guided buying, catalogs, and user-friendly channels to improve compliance and adoption.

- Integrate third party risk (financial, cyber/privacy, continuity, sanctions) proportional to supplier criticality.
- Advance ESG goals (scope 3, supplier diversity, ethical sourcing) and transparently report outcomes.
Internal Partner Management & Value Realization
- Act as a trusted partner to senior executives and business unit leaders; translate needs into sourcing and P2P roadmaps.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results through streamlined executive materials and governance forums.
- Institutionalize continuous improvement; publish and deliver against targets for savings, PO compliance, cycle times, first pass invoice yield, on time payment, and DPO.
What We're Looking For
