Job Description
The Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Architect is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the organization's Go-to-Market technology ecosystem. This role serves as the technical lead for GTM platforms, driving automation, integrations, scalable system design, and continuous process improvement across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
The Senior GTM Systems Architect partners closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and platform performance. This individual is expected to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder with deep expertise across modern GTM technologies.
This role mentors junior administrators, establishes engineering best practices, and helps define the long-term GTM technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Engineering & Architecture
• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across the GTM technology stack, including:
o Salesforce
o Clari
o LeanData
o Cloudingo
o Dun & Bradstreet
o Traction Complete
o Planhat
o Additional GTM platforms as the technology landscape evolves
• Architect scalable solutions that support Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Lifecycle, and Revenue Operations processes.
• Evaluate new GTM technologies and recommend platform improvements.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
Salesforce Engineering
• Design and implement declarative Salesforce solutions including:
o Flows
o Validation Rules
o Approval Processes
o Dynamic Forms
o Record Types
o Permission Sets
o Reports and Dashboards
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processes when declarative solutions are insufficient.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and technical debt.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD and source control best practices.
Integration & Automation
• Design and support integrations between GTM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain APIs, middleware integrations, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and implement monitoring solutions.
• Reduce manual effort through intelligent workflow automation.
• Ensure reliable synchronization of customer, opportunity, product, and subscription data across systems.
Solution Design
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into scalable technical designs.
• Produce solution architecture documentation, process diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Balance technical complexity with long-term maintainability.
Release & Change Management
• Lead platform releases and deployment planning.
• Coordinate testing across business stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness for new functionality.
• Develop rollback and risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain technical documentation and release notes.
Technical Leadership
• Mentor GTM Systems Administrators and junior engineers.
• Establish development standards and engineering best practices.
• Conduct solution reviews and code reviews.
• Recommend platform modernization opportunities.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 to 8 years administering and engineering Salesforce or enterprise GTM platforms.
• Deep Salesforce administration and platform configuration experience.
• Experience developing Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Experience designing system integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success processes.
• Experience with enterprise security and permission models.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
• Experience with CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management platforms
• Experience with LeanData, Cloudingo, Clari, Planhat, Traction Complete, Dun & Bradstreet, or similar GTM platforms
• Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and agentic workflows within CRM and GTM platforms

• Influence the long-term GTM technology strategy while ensuring solutions remain secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $142,329 to $178,164. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
