Job Description
The Senior Manager, Commercial & Operations will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and day-to-day core operations within Product Madness. Leading all aspects of business operations, including executive governance, reporting, and leadership cadences. While also supporting cross-functional central initiatives and providing targeted support to members of the Leadership team, this role will be key to driving the partnership and distribution strategy for Product Madness.
This is a hybrid role that combines structured operational support with hands-on problem solving. The ideal candidate will be thorough and conscientious, capable of preparing high-quality materials and tracking accountability, while also stepping into ownership of strategic workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and to contribute meaningfully to the success of the business.
What you'll do
- Business, Leadership and Executive Operations
- Support the planning and operational execution of core leadership cadences, including QBR, monthly executive meetings, quarterly offsites, and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare and coordinate executive-level materials, including QBR, board reports, CEO updates, and business performance summaries.
- Help ensure company-wide planning, reporting, and governance processes run smoothly and consistently.
- Provide high-quality support to the Chief of Staff and broader Leadership team on evolving priorities.
- Central Initiative Support & Delivery
- Support the design and execution of cross-functional central initiatives.
- Own specific workstreams from problem definition to implementation planning.
- Conduct analysis and develop recommendations for executive decision-making
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaborator Management
- Liaise across teams to gather inputs, align timelines, and manage dependencies.
- Build trusted relationships with senior collaborators to support delivery.
- Identify and resolve blockers to maintain progress on business priorities.
- Partnerships and Business Development
- Work with the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategic Partnerships & Distribution to strengthen collaboration across Distribution, Marketing, and Media partnerships
- Support partner engagement through QBRs and relationship management cadences.
- Engage in joint business planning, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Partner onboarding and refining ways of working to improve collaboration.
- Help identify and shape new business opportunities to support growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and other Product Madness collaborators to align priorities and maximise impact.

What we're looking for
- Experience in Gaming and/or Media & Entertainment sector
- Experience in business and commercial operations, distribution/Business development or strategy roles
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint skills and Executive Level material building
- Strong facilitation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident preparing materials for senior collaborators
- Comfortable working with data and financial information to advise reporting and decision-making
- Self-starter with strong judgment and the ability to take ownership of work with minimal oversight
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving demeanour
- Proficient in tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration platforms
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when working with sensitive topics and collaborators.
