This role is pivotal in driving our People and Culture activities across key Group Functions, including Legal, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs/Marketing. As the P&C Delivery Partner, your primary responsibility involves close collaboration with P&C Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and MyP&C shared services. Your main goal is to implement the P&C strategy effectively and deliver valuable support to our people leaders. What You'll Do
Program and Initiative Delivery
- Deliver both global and regional people programs such as talent reviews, promotion cycles, succession planning, REM Reviews, D&I initiatives, and organizational development activities.
- Work together with COEs and Shared Services to adapt and implement initiatives locally.
Business Partner Support
- Collaborate with P&C Business Partners to implement the strategy effectively.
- Support operational and delivery efforts to ensure people strategies are accomplished within the business unit/function.
- Manage ad hoc business-led projects initiated by the BP or leadership team.
Project Management
- Own the project management of assigned P&C activities using project charters and tools.
- Keep an eye on breakthroughs, risks, and dependencies to secure timely and accurate delivery.
- Advance issues appropriately and suggest practical solutions.
People Leader Enablement
- Offer specific assistance and mentorship to people leaders regarding the implementation of P&C programs and processes.
- Provide training and tools to boost people leaders' capability and confidence in people practices.
Problem Solving and Blocking issue
- Resolve complex people-related issues that fall outside the remit of MyP&C.
- Apply good judgment and knowledge of policies to manage sensitive or nuanced scenarios with minimal supervision.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Capture feedback from the business and managers to inform improvements in P&C service build.
- Share observations and insights with the Strategy & Performance team to support broader P&C evolution.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in HR/P&C roles with exposure to talent management, org development, or program delivery.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Clear and collaborative communication style.
- Practical understanding of regional labor considerations (preferred).
- Experience supporting managers directly with people-related activities.
- Quality, consistent, and timely execution of people programs.
- High manager happiness with P&C program support and enablement.
- Efficient collaboration with Centers of Excellence and MyP&C to guarantee seamless delivery.
- Measurable contribution to regional/function-specific initiatives.
- Demonstrated autonomy in resolving complex queries or challenges.
- Improving the caliber of feedback given to enhance people programs and processes.

Pay Range
$98,649 - $183,206 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
