One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Designer (Contract) in the United States.
This contract role is ideal for an experienced product designer with a passion for solving complex problems through human-centered design. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to create user-centric experiences for a fast-paced, high-impact product environment. You'll be responsible for conducting user research, prototyping solutions, and delivering high-quality design work that aligns with business goals. This is an opportunity to work at scale and help define digital experiences for thousands of users across the country.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create cohesive end-to-end user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to inform design decisions
- Develop journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both desktop and responsive web applications
- Partner with the design system team to ensure consistency and technical feasibility
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive and engaging product experiences
- Promote user-centered design principles across the organization and advocate for design excellence
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing a proven process and successful design outcomes in responsive web or enterprise applications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with previous work at a fast-paced, large-scale tech company preferred
- Solid skills in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design
- Demonstrated ability to own projects from start to finish and collaborate across disciplines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments with tight feedback loops and iterative releases
