Job Description
As we expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Nozomi Networks solutions across key vertical industries.
In this role, you will drive global product marketing initiatives that translate technical innovation into clear customer value - supporting successful product launches, accelerating adoption, and enabling Sales and channel teams with differentiated messaging and tools. You will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional GTM teams to develop compelling content and technical assets that resonate across diverse industrial environments and buyer personas.
We’re looking for a strategic product marketer who thrives in dynamic, competitive markets - someone who can articulate business outcomes, influence stakeholders across functions, and build strong partnerships across Sales, Product, and Marketing to bring new capabilities to market.

In this role, you will:
- Lead global product marketing strategy for new product launches and feature releases - from positioning and messaging through enablement and adoption
- Develop vertical industry messaging and value propositions aligned to real-world use cases across critical infrastructure sectors
- Create customer-facing and sales enablement content that supports demand generation and shortens sales cycles
- Own and continuously evolve vertical-market web content, including solution briefs, deployment architectures, and use-case-driven narratives
- Equip Sales, BDRs, and channel partners with talk tracks, pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and objection-handling frameworks
- Partner with Demand Generation and Partner Marketing teams to develop content for outbound programs such as webinars, campaigns, and joint events
- Monitor the competitive landscape and translate market insights into differentiated messaging and actionable field guidance
- Support post-launch success by tracking product adoption and aligning marketing efforts to customer value realization
- Champion Nozomi Networks’ mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Five+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, technical marketing, or related roles
- Experience marketing SaaS cybersecurity products and offerings to CISOs
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches and product adoption in a fast-paced technology environment
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Hands-on experience developing go-to-market plans and customer-facing content
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-, business-, or IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- Background in industrial cybersecurity, cyber-physical systems (CPS), Operational Technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), critical infrastructure environments or network visibility platforms
- Experience in a start-up, pre-IPO, or similarly entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven security analytics or operational environments
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $165,000 - $204,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
